Córdoba Strings Giveaway

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. OPEN TO INTERNATIONAL RESIDENTS WHO ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AS OF THE DATE OF ENTRY. SOME COUNTRIES AND RESIDENTS ARE EXCLUDED*. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

 

PROMOTION PERIOD:

Week 1: Córdoba Strings Giveaway begins at  8:00 A.M. PST on November 5th, 2021, and ends on November 11th, 2021 at 12 P.M PST.

Week 2: Córdoba Strings Giveaway begins at  8:00 A.M. PST on November 13th, 2021, and ends on November 18th, 2021 at 12 P.M PST.

Week 3: Córdoba Strings Giveaway begins at  8:00 A.M. PST on November 20th, 2021, and ends on November 25th, 2021 at 12 P.M PST.

 

  1. HOW TO ENTER:
  2. A) Unlimited entries. Participants must have or open an account on Instagram to participate in the giveaway.
  3. B) To enter, follow @cordobaguitars, like the giveaway post, and tag 3 friends in the comments during the Promotion Period. No mail-in entries will be accepted. Córdoba Guitars is not liable for lost, late, inaccurate, invalid, misdirected, undelivered, or incomplete entries.
  4. PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”):

Three (3) winners will be selected to receive one (1) Córdoba Nylon Strings Gift Box. The approximate retail value (ARV) is $55 per gift box.

  1. WINNER SELECTION:

One (1) winner will be selected on or around each of the following dates: November 12th,19th, and 26th of the year 2021, in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period by a representative of the Sponsor, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Giveaway. There will be three (3) winners in total. The potential winners will be notified via direct message on Instagram. All taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. If a potential winner, for whatever reason, does not provide Córdoba Guitars or sponsor representative with a message confirming receipt of their winner notification the contestant will be disqualified within five (5) days of attempted notification or otherwise fails to comply with the Official Rules, his/her prize will be awarded to an alternate winner randomly selected from among all remaining eligible entries.

  1. GENERAL RULES:

Taxes, related to the prizes are the winner’s sole responsibility, if applicable. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winner’s name, likeness, image, photo, sobriquet, and biographical information for promotional purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law. By entering, entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these official rules and winner releases Sponsor, and their subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and all others associated with the development and execution of the Giveaway from any and all liability for damages, losses or injury resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of prize. Entries will be declared to be made by the authorized account. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to the Instagram account of the entrant. Entries are subject to verification of eligibility and will be declared invalid if they are incomplete, falsified, altered or tampered with in any way. Use of computer programs and/or other automated devices to enter the Giveaway are prohibited. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website; violates the official rules; or acts in an unsportsmanlike, obscene or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected or damaged entries due to internet services providers service, weather, technical, hardware or software malfunctions, telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications, whether caused by the sender, by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Giveaway which may limit the ability to participate, or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Giveaway if it is not capable of completion as planned, including: infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures or corruption of any sort, and award prizes from eligible entries received prior to cancellation. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

  1. *ELIGIBILITY:

This Giveaway is open only to legal residents internationally, who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry who have or open an account on Instagram.com. Employees and families of Cordoba Guitars, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates and related companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate families are ineligible. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Participating countries and provinces are subject to change. Excluded countries and provinces include: Taiwan, South Korea, Portugal, Italy, Austria, China, Russia, Hong Kong, Greece, France, Japan, Spain, Czech Republic, Ireland, Quebec, Sweden.

  1.   LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

Neither Cordoba Guitars, their agents, employees, parents, subsidiaries, or affiliated companies, as well as, their advertising and promotional agencies shall have any liability for any indirect, special, punitive or consequential damages including, without limitation, loss of opportunity or goodwill.

  1. PRIVACY:

By entering the Promotion, each entrant consents to the use of his/her personal information by Cordoba Guitars or its agents or representatives for the purpose of administering the Promotion, including for use in a winners list, and otherwise as permitted or required by law.

Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Promotion must be directed to Cordoba Guitars and NOT to Instagram. Any information provided by each entrant is provided to Cordoba Guitars, NOT to Instagram. This giveaway is NOT associated with Instagram.
