Cordoba Featured At The Oscars

Will Smith may have stolen the show at last night’s Academy Awards, but our Cordoba C10 was center stage for an electric performance of Disney Encanto’s “We Don’t Talk About Bruno”. Cordoba artist Jan Ozveren (Charlie Puth, Jennifer Hudson, Shakira) played the C10 in Cedar, which offered a close look at one of our most popular models!

Encanto premiered in theaters on November 24 and grossed over $251 million worldwide, before achieving even wider success when released onto Disney+ later in the year. Its soundtrack went viral and reached number one on the US Billboard 200 and UK Compilation Albums charts; “We Don’t Talk About Bruno” and “Surface Pressure” were two of its most successful songs, with the former topping both the US Billboard Hot 100 and UK Singles Chart for multiple weeks.

The film has received critical acclaim for its characterization, music, animation, voice acting, emotional depth, and cultural fidelity – which is very prevalent in the performance from last night’s show.
