How do I know if the repair I need is covered under warranty? What do I do next?

. If you are still within 3 years from your purchase date, and it seems that the repair would be covered, we ask that you return to the store where the instrument was purchased and have them call us for a return authorization number. We do need to hear from the store where you purchased it, as this is the only way we can verify that it was purchased from an authorized Cordoba dealer. From there, you will need to send the guitar back to us for our technicians to examine. If the problem is deemed a manufacturer’s defect, we will repair or replace it at no charge, and send it back to you at no charge. The normal turnaround time for this process is around 4 weeks.
How can I upgrade to the Limited Lifetime Warranty?
We offer this upgrade when you purchase a HumiCase at the same time, or within 7 days, of purchasing your Cordoba guitar. This extends coverage of defective materials and workmanship to the life of the guitar. All you need to do is send us proof of purchase of your HumiCase when you submit your warranty registration. If your guitar comes with a HumiCase, you will automatically receive this. This excludes electronics, which will continue to have the 1 year warranty.
